Cisco India has appointed Rajesh Rege as senior vice-president of its data centre business in India and the SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) region.
Rege will be responsible for driving and overseeing the company?s growth and expansion initiatives in the data centre space in India and the SAARC region. Prior to joining Cisco, Rege was working with Alcatel-Lucent as vice-president, global alliances division. He is a graduate in electronics and communications from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector and has worked with companies like Sun Microsystems, Indigo Technologies and Wipro.
