Airtel Payments Bank has appointed Pradeep Rangi as its chief risk officer. In his new role, Rangi’s responsibilities include leading the legal, operational risk, and information security verticals as well as spearheading the strategic risk management initiatives.
He will report to the company’s Risk Committee.
Further, Rangi brings with him 17 years’ experience in international work and a deep understanding of global risk management best practices with financial services firms and oil companies across markets
Rangi worked for Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore before joining Airtel Payments Bank.
