According to the COAI, the move will make audit of spectrum usage impossible, hence leading to manipulation in the payment of spectrum charges and manipulation of subscriber figures to get additional spectrum. TTSL, which stands to benefit from such a move since it has a dual technology licence, is nevertheless, supportive of the COAI’s stand.
