Idea Cellular has launched mobile services in Bihar and Jharkhand.
I In the first phase of its expansion into these states, Idea plans tocover 15 million people in 2,500 towns and villages through 880 towers. By the end of 2008-09, Idea hopes to increase its network to 60 million people in 16,500 towns and villages through a 3,000strong mobile tower network.
