Tata Communications has appointed Renuka Ramnath as chairperson of the board of directors. She succeeds Subodh Bhar­gava, whose tenure ended in March 2017. Ramnath has been an independent director on the company’s board since December 2014. She has earlier worked with the ICICI Group for around two and a half decades.
