Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTTC) has entered into an agreement with Prestige Group to develop a 100-megawatt data centre in Bangalore, with 1 million sq feet of gross leasable area (GLA) of buildings over three phases.
With this, the Prestige Groups will enter the data centre market in India. The transaction is valued at Rs 7 billion. The three buildings are expected to be delivered within 12 months and will be 350,000 sq ft in area.
