The North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) and Common Service Centre (CSC) e-governance Services India Limited have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to facilitate better services for the citizens of north Delhi. The NDMC has reportedly partnered with a technology company under the Digital India initiative to improve municipal services for the people.

According to Raja Iqbal Singh, mayor, North Delhi, the partnership will enable CSCs to offer municipal services like birth and death registration, property tax, e-mutations, health trade license, general trade license, factory license application services, the booking of parks and community halls, and tehbazari renewal online.

Further, around 15 municipal services will be provided to citizens through the 816 CSCs managed by the union government.
