The Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC), established to probe the 2G spectrum issue, will hold its first meeting on March 24, say news reports.
It is believed that the Committee will meet to finalise its action plan, including who to call as witnesses and which documents to examine.
The 30-member JPC, which has been asked to give its report on the issue by the end of the next session of the Parliament, was formed in early March.
The Committee will examine the telecom policy pursued from 1998 to 2009 including, the allocation and pricing of telecom licences and spectrum and examine any irregularities and aberrations and the consequences of their implementation.
