Intex has appointed Jayesh Parekh as business head of its consumer durables business. He will be responsible for the company’s overall business development activities, launching new products and categories, and establishing business relations with consumers and partners. Prior to joining Intex, he was working with Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) as VP of the sales and distribution vertical. Parekh has around 20 years of experience across the consumer durables/electronics and telecom industries. Prior to RJIL, he worked with Godrej & Boyce as national sales head. In the past, he has also worked with Whirlpool and Samsung.
