Anand Vohra has stepped down from his position as chief executive officer (CEO) and MD of Gionee India. Vohra, who has worked with the Chinese smartphone manufacturer since the beginning of its India operations, will continue as executive director but will not be in charge of daily operations. The company plans to announce a replacement soon.
