Indonesia’s PT Indosat has placed an order with Ericsson to upgrade and modernise its telecom network. This upgrade is expected to help the operator migrate to the next-generation LTE technology, besides improving its infrastructure. Ericsson will provide Indosat with Radio Base Station 6000, MSS Blade Cluster and MINI-LINK TN equipment in addition to preparing its network design, and providing training and support services.
