
Frank Kern has been appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of Aricent Group. He will be taking over as CEO from Sudip Nandy, who has assumed the role of chairman at Aricent India.

Prior to joining Aricent Group, Kern was with IBM as senior vice-president of global business services. He managed global operations for the $19 billion consulting division with 110,000 employees. At IBM, he led the company?s growth in countries like Australia, China, Japan, Europe, as well as New York and California in the United States of America.
Kern has a Bachelors degree from Bucknell University and an MBA degree from Syracuse University.
