Vodafone Group has instated Luka Moric as the chief financial officer (CFO), beginning September 1, 2023. Prior to the appointment, he was the CFO at SAP.
Moric is set to replace Della Valle who was appointed in April 2023 with the goal of reducing complexity, fixing issues in the German market and delivering the basics for customers. Della Valle stated the company’s organic service revenue had improved across all their markets, and reported a 3.7 per cent raise in the first quarter.
