Jitendra Pathak takes charge as ESDS’ new chief operations officer

ESDS Software Solution Limited (ESDS) has appointed Jitendra Pathak as its chief operations officer (COO). He will spearhead the strategic endeavours within its major practices in operations, with a focus on leveraging advance artificial intelligence (AI)/ generative AI (GenAI), cloud platform technologies to foster innovation and deliver significant value to customers.

Pathak is an engineering graduate from Nagpur University with a post graduate diploma in business analytics (PGDBA) in business administration, and has furthered his expertise through a post graduate program in AI from University of Texas. He is also a part of board at Pi Jam Foundation.

Pathak will be leading transformational initiatives at ESDS, focusing on leveraging advanced AI and GenAI solutions to automate processes and re-engineer operations, thereby improving customer experience throughout their journey with ESDS. He will also play an active role in determining the technology landscape and enhancing capability across product and service offering. He will be directly reporting to Piyush Somani, founder, chairman-cum-managing director (CMD), and chief executive officer (CEO) of ESDS.
