IT solutions firm BMC Software has appointed Sunil Kumar Thakur as country manager for its Indian operations. Prior to this, Thakur led the government and defence business vertical for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Software. During a career spanning close to two decades, he has also worked with Tata Indicom and Sify Technologies.
