Indus Towers has appointed Shankar Iyer as chief sales and marketing officer (CSMO). He takes over from Sameer Sin­ha. Iyer joins Indus Towers from Sixth Energy Technologies. This will be his second stint with the company. He was previously associated with Indus Towers as a founding employee member and regional director. In the past, Iyer has worked with Titan Industries, Diageo, Coca-Cola, Hutchison Essar (Voda­fone), Bharti Infratel, and Quippo Telecom (SREI Group), in various capacities.
