Ralph Steffens, president and chief operating officer (COO), fibre-to-the-x (FTTX) business, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) has resigned from the company. He has joined London-based global service provider Truphone as chief executive officer (CEO). Steffens’ exit from RJIL follows some high-profile exits including those of Sandeep Das (managing director), Sumit D. Chowdhury (president, enterprise), and R. Srikanth (president and chief finance officer). Before joining RJIL, Steffens served as COO of Australia-based NBN Company Limited. Earlier, he has worked with British Telecom in different capacities for over eight years.
