
Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) has entered into a telecom tower infrastructure sharing agreement with Viom Networks.
Under the deal, RJIL will use Viom Networks? 42,000 telecom towers spread across the country. The deal is expected to expedite the roll out of 4G services by the operator and reduce capital spending.
Earlier, RJIL had signed a similar deal with Bharti Infratel, paving the way for utilisation of existing telecom infrastructure for rolling out pan-India 4G services.
