Hong Kong-based operator Wharf T&T has awarded Huawei Technologies a contract to roll out GPON fibre-to-the-office last mile broadband infrastructure. The contract forms a part of Wharf’s new $130 million investment plan to expand its high speed last mile network for office users and develop integrated packages under IT-as-a-service.
