British Telecommunications (BT), a wholly owned subsidiary of the BT Group, has completed the acquisition of Singapore-based Frontline Technologies. BT had agreed to acquire Frontline for approximately S$202 million in December 2007. The new company is likely to start operations under the new brand name BT Frontline. BT Frontline will provide IT consulting, IT infrastructure services, systems integration and IT outsourcing services to local, regional and multinational customers and to companies in diverse verticals including telecommunications.
