Motorola, Inc. has signed a supply contract with Pakistan’s Wateen Telecom.

Motorola, Inc. has signed a supply contract with Pakistan’s Wateen Telecom. According to the contract, Motorola will supply 198,000 end-user Wi-Max customer premises equipment (CPE) devices to Wateen for both indoor and outdoor use. The CPE units will provide Wateen’s subscribers in Pakistan with wireless access to data and voice over IP services.
