3rdiTech, Kaynes Semicon Private Limited, and SPARSHIQ have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with consortium partners Sensesemi Technologies, Focally, and NXP Semiconductors N.V. The partnership seeks to speed up the development and large-scale deployment of India’s semiconductor and vision-system capabilities.
The collaboration underscores a shared resolve by Indian innovators and global partners to cut import dependence, build confidence among Indian original equipment manufacturers (OEM), and position India as a credible hub for high-performance, safety-critical, export-grade electronics solutions. The firms emphasised that this move goes beyond localising a product to building long-term resilience, self-reliance, and competitiveness across the semiconductor ecosystem.
