The Wireless World Research Forum (WWRF), has elected Bharat B Bhatia, president of the ITU-APT Foundation of India as its vice-chairman for Asia Pacific region for 2021 and 2022.
The elections to the global body were held this earlier in December 2020 and the results were ratified by the WWRF annual meeting.
WWRF was one of the Independent Evaluation Groups that validated India’s own 5G technology of LMLC, as required by the ITU certification process.
