Vodafone Idea (Vi) has appointed Sanjay Jolly as executive vice president (EVP) – technology, hub operations.
Prior to this, Jolly was working as head of customer operations, CU Bharti at Ericsson India Private Limited.
As per Vi, Jolly is a seasoned professional and has diverse experience in heading large-scale customer operations, managing comprehensive network rollout and technology transformation programs
