Dave O’Callaghan has joined VMware as senior vice-president of global channels and alliances.
In this role, he will be responsible for the growth of the company’s global partner organisation and help deliver solutions pertaining to software-defined data centers, hybrid cloud and the mobile workspace.
Prior to joining, VMware, O’Callaghan worked for 12 years with Cisco Systems. He has also held several sales-centric roles at Hitachi Data Systems and Memorex Telex.
