UTStarcom has signed a contract with China Telecom to deploy RollingStream end-to-end solutions for the latter’s IPTV net work in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

UTStarcom has signed a contract with China Telecom to deploy RollingStream end-to-end solutions for the latter’s IPTV network in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The IPTV network will serve 10,000 users at the initial stage, providing 52 radio and TV programmes, 48-hour TV programme recordings and various other value-added services.
