Tidal Wave has chosen RANsemi’s small-cell platform to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into next-generation radio access networks (RAN) for private 5G deployments and edge network.
RANsemi is a semiconductor startup focused on wireless solutions, with expertise in 5G Open RAN baseband technologies. Internationally, it works with partners such as ACES, Antevia Networks, and Mobisense.
Additionally, Tidal Wave has rolled out a private 5G network for Coal India Limited in collaboration with state-owned operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. The deployment used spectrum in the 3500 megahertz band allocated by the Department of Telecommunications, with the core provided by Druid Software.
