Three international companies including France Telecom are interested in acquiring GTL’s enterprise networks and managed services businesses. Mumbai-based GTL intends to hive off the two business domains, which contribute approximately 20 per cent to GTL’s total sales volume, in order to focus on its telecom network-related businesses. Negotiations between GTL and France Telecom are slated to end within the next two to three weeks.
