According to the regulatory filing, the board of Tejas Network has approved the appointment of N Ganapathy Subramaniam as non-executive chairman. Subramaniam currently serves as the chief operating officer and executive director, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
Subramaniam will assume charge of the new post with effect from May 18, 2022.
The appointment of Subramaniam comes in the backdrop of resignation of Tejas Networks chairman Balakrishnan V, effect from April 23, 2022.
