Indus Towers has appointed Neeti Wahi as the chief digital and information technology officer, effective December 2023.
In a stock exchange filing, the company announced that its board of directors, through a resolution passed by circulation on December 1, 2023, based on the recommendation of the HR, nomination and remuneration committee, has approved the appointment of Wahi as the chief digital and information technology officer of the company with effect from December 6, 2023.
As per the exchange filing, Wahi was previously the chief information officer at Sterlite Power and a member of the executive committee for Sterlite Power Group. She comes with 22 years of executive-level experience in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) and energy sectors, with a proven record of driving digital transformation across business processes with agile, scalable technology solutions.
