Taiwan Mobile’s wholly owned subsidiary, Taiwan Digital Communications Corporation, has bought a 45.88 per cent stake in internet service provider Taiwan Telecommunication Network Services Company (TTN) for 690.44 million Taiwanese dollars (TWD).

Taiwan Mobile’s wholly owned subsidiary, Taiwan Digital Communications Corporation, has bought a 45.88 per cent stake in internet service provider Taiwan Telecommunication Network Services Company (TTN) for 690.44 million Taiwanese dollars (TWD). Taiwan Digital bought 49.88 million TTN shares from Hong Kong-based PCCW Limited and other stakeholders of TNN at TWD 13.84 per share. TTN has a paid-in capital of TWD 1.09 billion.
