A. Raja, Minister of Communications and IT has been accused for causing a loss of Rs 1.76 trillion to the state exchequer in the 2G spectrum scam, the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has said, according to news reports.
The report, which will be placed before Parliament in the Winter Session, states that the entire process of spectrum allocation was done in an arbitrary manner.
