Parag Kar, vice president of government affairs for India and South Asia at Qualcomm, is stepping down from his position after his 12-year tenure. He holds a bachelor of engineering (BE) in telecommunications engineering from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, along with an M.Tech degree in controls and instrumentations from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
