Vodafone India has stated that its 3G user base has tripled to over 30,000 during the quarter ended June 2014, in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circle.
The company offers 3G services across 91 cities in the circle. Its subscriber base grew from 10,000 3G users in April, 2014 to between 30,000 to 35,000, by end-June 2014.
Vodafone is currently focused on growing its data services to tap the huge business opportunity in the region. The company has about 4.87 million subscribers in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circle.
