A report by the Global mobile suppliers association (GSA) has stated that the number of announced 5G devices has reached 1,060 during Q3 2021, up from 21.4 per cent sequentially.

Among the announced devices, 66.4 per cent or about 704 devices are now commercially available.

724 of the total number of available devices support C-band (n78).

There are 588 devices announced so far that support 5G standalone in sub-6 GHz bands, and 410 of them are commercially available.

As of September 2021, 128 vendors had announced available or upcoming 5G devices, 523 smartphones are in the market, and 459 are now commercially available. Of 188 fixed-wireless access devices (FWA0), 89 are now commercially available.
