The National Stock Exchange’s subsidiary focused on IT services, NSEIT Limited, has acquired a majority stake in Cloudxchange.io, a startup that provides cloud services.
However, the financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
With the addition of Cloudxchange.io, NSEIT will be able to provide end-to-end digital transformation solutions ranging from cloud to security.
