The Delhi High Court has ordered handset maker Micromax not to sell or advertise its Bling handset until the next court hearing on February 2011.
This is on grounds that it acceded to a trademark violation filed by vendor Bling Telecom.
Rajiv Khanna, chairman, Bling Telecom chairman said the company had filed for the trademark in July 2009 and has since introduced six models under the brand name, according to reports.
