Motorola has entered into a contract with the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications (VNPT) Group to expand and enhance the GSM network of Vinaphone, VNPT’s cellular subsidiary, in Vietnam’s major cities. According to the contract, Motorola will supply over 650 cell sites, deploy equipment and provide commissioning, optimisation and maintenance services.
