
Loop Mobile plans to corner up to 15 per cent revenue market share in next nine months. According to company officials, the operator currently has 9.7 per cent revenue market share and plans to raise it to 11-15 per cent in the next nine months.
The operator, which serves over three million subscribers, is sprucing up the Loop mobile brand and will invest more on brand, products and customer service. Loop Mobile was rebranded in March 2009. The 15-year-old telecom company’s monthly gross revenue is Rs 470 million, which he said will reach Rs 500 million in December. By March 2011, the company is planning to further raise their monthly revenue to Rs 520 million.
The company has invested Rs 3 billion to upgrade its network.”We re-dedicate ourselves to raising the bar and providing the best to our customers with uninterrupted connectivity, customer intimacy through differentiated service and technologically innovative value enhancing products,” Sandip Basu, whole-time director and CEO, Loop Mobile India said in a statement.
