Reliance Jio’s fixed wireless access (FWA) service, Jio AirFiber, is now available across India.

According to the company, it has become the fastest operator to cross 1 million connections on FWA, with strong demand for AirFiber. It added that 5G accounts for 31 per cent of Jio’s wireless data traffic, serving around 130 million 5G users. This growth momentum is driven by 5G mobility and AirFiber.

Jio highlighted that the entire 5G data is carried on Jio’s own 5G+4G combo core, and its 5G network is quantum secure. According to the telco, Jio’s AirFiber service is available across 7,577 towns in India.
