Indonesia-based telecom operator Telkom is planning to buy 12,000 Itelecom towers from PT Indosat. The deal could be worth up to $327 million and if realised, the management of the towers will be passed on to Telkom’s subsidiary PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi.
