HFCL and Shyam Telecom have reportedly deposited the fee for GSM spectrum according to the terms of the dual-technology norms permitted by the government. While HFCL deposited Rs 1.51 billion for the Punjab circle, Shyam Telecom paid approximately Rs 320 million for the Rajasthan circle.
