TTSL has reportedly entered into a partnership deal with Virgin Mobile. According to the deal, Virgin will use TTSL’s network tooffer value-added services under its own brand. Regulatory clearances have held up the launch of the Virgin Mobile brand, which was planned to be launched on January 1, 2008.
