Handset makers Nokia, Motorola, Ericsson, Siemens and ZTE have submitted bids for BSNL’s tender for procuring equipment and installing GSM network of 45.5 million lines.

Handset makers Nokia, Motorola, Ericsson, Siemens and ZTE have submitted bids for BSNL’s tender for procuring equipment and installing GSM network of 45.5 million lines. Huawei, however, did not participate. ITI-Alcatel has already got orders for the western zone. The financial bids will be opened once the evaluation of technical bids is over.
