D-Link has announced the appointment of Vikas Pinjarkar as vice president of the company?s structured cabling business.
Pinjarkar brings with him over 17 years of experience in the IT Industry. He is a founding member of the BICSI Indian chapter and has functioned as the official country representative for the first year at BICSI and subsequently as a chairman for the consecutive four years.
He is currently a part of BICSI India?s 10 member executive steering committee and has also worked at organisations like Zicom, Advantek Networks and Microsemi Corporations.
Pinjarkar was also part of the D-Link team in 1998-2005.
