Cyient Semiconductors on August 07, 2025 announced that it has entered into a strategic channel partner agreement with US-based chipmaker GlobalFoundries to deliver semiconductor manufacturing services in India.
Furthermore, Cyient launched its semiconductor division in April 2025, to offer application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) turnkey solutions to companies.
According to the statement, the pact will enable Cyient Semiconductors to give companies access to GlobalFoundries’ fabrication, technical consultation, design enablement, assembly, testing, and other value-added services, helping drive innovation and shorten time-to-market.
