Corning has appointed Amit Bansal as  MD for its India operations. He will be responsible for the company’s growth and operations, and contribute to strategic planning for Corning India. He will also oversee Corning’s manufacturing operations and business development, and pursue global supply management opportunities. Prior to joining Corning, Bansal was associated with Axygen, a Cali­fornia-based life sciences company.
