Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has appointed P.T. Mathew as chief general manager (CGM) of the Kerala circle. In the past, he has headed the company’s Vellore, Kannur, Coimbatore and Ernakulam business circles. During his tenure as principal general manager for Ernakulam, he played a key role in the development of telecom services in Ernakulam, Idukki and Lakshadweep.
