CommScope has acquired the assets of iTRACS Corporation. The acquisition will help CommScope to further expand its portfolio of solutions comprising intelligence and infrastructure management services to enterprises.
The Arizona-based iTRACS Corporation offers enterprise solutions to help improve operational efficiency, maximise capacity utilisation, and reduce costs.
CommScope has funded the acquisition through cash and funds available under its revolving credit facility.
