Cisco’s president (India and SAARC) Sameer Garde has resigned from his post after having spent four years at the company. Garde had taken over as the president of Cisco’s India and SAARC operations in July 2017.

He will continue to hold office till the end of July 2021.

As per industry sources, the company is looking for Garde’s successor and is expected to make an announcement on the same in the next few weeks.

Under Garde’s leadership, Cisco saw strong growth in its India business, placing it among the highest growing markets for the company.
